Rooms include fridge, queen size bed, TV and VCR. Shower and toilet in the bathroom.

Dryer, iron, ironing board and washing machine available.

Boardwalk through the landscaped gardens with water features and outdoor settings.

BBQ and outdoor settings on large deck area with Westernport Bay views.

10 minute walk to Red Rocks beach.

Check in after 2pm - check out before 10am, unless prior arrangements have been made.

Cancellation earlier than two weeks, prior to arrival - full refund less 10% fee or within two weeks of arrival - will only be refunded if we are able to re-book. No arrival, no refund.
