Apartments include air conditioning, dining setting, DVD player, floor heating, fold out double bed lounge, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge, microwave and oven), queen size bed and TV. One with double spa, one with shower.

Rooms include fridge, queen size bed, TV and VCR. Shower and toilet in the bathroom.

Dryer, iron, ironing board and washing machine available.

Boardwalk through the landscaped gardens with water features and outdoor settings.

BBQ and outdoor settings on large deck area with Westernport Bay views.

10 minute walk to Red Rocks beach.


TARIFFS

From $130 - $165 two persons rate, $20 extra person and $10 per child per night.

Cash, cheque or credit accepted.

50% deposit required to secure your booking, balance on arrival.

Check in after 2pm - check out before 10am, unless prior arrangements have been made.

Cancellation earlier than two weeks, prior to arrival - full refund less 10% fee or within two weeks of arrival - will only be refunded
if we are able to re-book. No arrival, no refund.
